Very nice Frank but can really say yes to the following statement

"Your motorcycle has not been modified in any way from the manufacturers standard specification " ;)

INteresting 748E for me £326 - some from same companies were £397 direct.

748R £289. I still don't understand how that is cheaper!

Paul, they've heard that you only turn the throttle half way! Either that or the system assumes you are a pensioner if you live in Dorset. :D

erm.....what I meant to say was that you are so well known amongst the UK insurance community for your dextrous handling of motor vehicles that they are all vying for the honour of providing cover for you. The better the performance, the cheaper your quote. You should buy a Veyron.

If that doesn't work, can I interest you in a wholesale batch of combustible vegetation? Due to unforseen circumstances I find myself with a rather large quantity that is surplus to requirements.

Still cant get insurance to be normal im 22 never made a claim been riding on the road since i was 16. I have 5 years no claims insurance for a ducati 620 is about £1000 750ss is about the same . Bike would be garaged only used at odd weekends when im home from uni. Think my dads insurance for his BMW was about £95 this time around

 - Superb stratigic withdrawl Master Chan, you should have a job in sales ;)

Dominic, sorry - seem to be the fate of being young, previous things I've tried for discounts:

Multiple alarms / locks etc...
BMF / DSC membership
IAM discount - when I really was a member (Pre-Ducati :D )
No pillion / limited milage / reducing the value of the machine / additional excess.

Cheers - Frank
