WDW2016 - Track Session Booking Information

TRACK SESSIONS FOR MEMBERS

On May 13th every member with a 3 day biker pass already purchased should have received an email with a link to the track session booking platform. Members will be allowed to book track sessions starting from 16th May at 14.00.

DOC members will be allowed to book the track sessions one week before ordinary customers and a limited number of tickets will be reserved to DOC’s.

Starting from May 13th to 22nd of May every customer with a 3 day biker pass (DOC member and also not) will be allowed to book a track session. From 23rd May every person (DOC members and not) who will buy a 3 day pass ticket will be able to book the remaining track sessions.

In order to give this chance to the majority of bikers, each DOC member can book only one session. Once the booking is confirmed, you won’t be able to modify it.

In order for us to send you the email with all the codes, BestUnion need to receive the payment. Since every club member will receive the link for acceding the booking track session platform, we suggest you to check with Best Union secretary wdwdoc@bestunion.com whether they have received the payment or not. Credit card payments are immediate, but bank transfer requires at least from 3 up to 5 working days to transfer the amount

We highly recommend to read carefully the circuit regulation that you will find on the booking platform.

When you are booking your track session you should fulfill the below information

• Ticket code: it will be provided to you by Best Union as soon as you purchase your 3 Day Pass.
• Mail Address
• Address (release to liability)
• Driving license (release to liability)
• Bike model. On the track you will be allowed to ride only your own Ducati and it must be homologated.

Due to circuit’s regulation Hypermotard will have reserved track sessions.
