851 and 888 restorers: Magazine help requested Hi all, I'm looking for 851 and 888 owner/restorers who would be willing to pass on some of their experience to Practical Sports Bikes readers as part of our regular 'Restoration Revealed' series. We're after hints, tips advice, techniques, useful contacts - that sort of thing. If you'd be up for helping out, it would involve a chat on the phone (or email if you prefer) and you supplying a high res photo of you and your bike to go with your words of wisdom. You can contact me through the forum, on email at gingersgaff@btinternet.com or on 07875 736021 if you want to know more or are happy to help. Many thanks in advance for any replies. All the best, Gez Kane, Practical Sports Bikes |
Many thanks for contacting DSC once again. I've edited the thread title to make it a little more noticeable but there seems to be a few replies to the request from earlier in the year. There is a specialist 851/888 forum you may wish to contact as well here: http://www.ducati851and888.com/ Any chance that any generated editorial could be made available for posting on this forum for the benefit of DSC members, please? Good luck - Frank |
