Track day noise limits Hi I have a 999s mono with termi slip on has anyone been to Oulton and passed the 102 Db limit?? |
Difficult to say as a lot of the time it depends on the tester and the equipment. However Oulton is mega strict and if you are even a tad over 102 then Mr Grumpy will fail you (been there). Best thing is just get a baffle and take with you when you are being tested. If you pass great if not you stick the baffle in there and then. Also remember that they don't start testing until 9am with one tester which if it's very busy can make you miss your first session (been there aswell  ) :D |
Thanks for the advice...how to get a baffle for the asymettric ?? |

Theres non on the bay. Easiest option maybe standard for this price? You might even be able to butcher the standard can and make some baffles? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-749...em5650d 0a202 |
Hi I found these..http://www.designcorse.co.uk/Ducati_...oni_DB_Killer/. I have the brand new never used original exhaust in my garage... |

Look pretty trick those and not to expensive. When are you at Oulton . I'm there on 23rd & 26th of Feb? |
Probably later on ... March hopefully.. need to book this week, this will be first time on 999 so will take it easy i think |
Just looking on various web sites says the half system 999s termi was 102db rated so might risk it |
