Front brake hose setup help? Going a bit mental on the ST... Radial front master and M4 Monoblock calipers :D Quite fancy having a single hose up to the master but I've seen two routes used so far: T-piece above the wheel and then two short hoses to the calipers, used this on my Aprilia and it worked a treat and bled quite easily... Ducati seem to favour using a single hose down to one caliper then a twin banjo and another hose to the other side, sounds a pain to bleed but, is it? As an aside Venhill now do some nice looking stainless ended hoses where the fittings still swivel, look good - anyone used 'em? Cheers - Frank |
Single hose down to RHS caliper than a loop over the guard works fine and bleeds well. Cheaper as well as it's only two lines rather than the three line setup you had on your aprillia |
Cheers Neil, Looking at my range of discarded hoses (LOL), I might have an over the wheel line that will work and just need a single long hose to the bar and some fitments. |
