That is a question that needs answering....

£130 for Oulton is a good price, but if it's 5 groups I won't be going (usually 7 hours track time 1 hour lunch included, 20 minute sessions... you do the math)

Brands Indy £155??? :o I'd hate to see what the normal rate is for these dates

dickieducati 31-Jan-2006 22:36

there are only ever 3 groups. its done like that to make allocating people into groups better, rather than say inters filling up and people not booking because there is no room. the whole group is split evenly amonst the ability of the riders attending. brands 155 is about right its not cheap.

Not neccesarily so, remember Whele's Apex day at Brands last year, that was 4 groups to keep the price down...

Well yes but that was an Apex day, not a DSC day. Dickie is right Jon, this is how some or all of the DSC days were done last year - to make sure each group was filled appropriately and there were no sharks cruising the wrong groups as well ...

I think it should be pointed out that Apex had to cease trading because they couldn't sustain the losses that they were making.

The Club has priced these days so that we have a better than even chance of ensuring that we dont make a loss. It is not here to subsidise a minority at the expense of the majority and the prices are lower than commercially available days.

If we dont get the numbers, then teh days will be cancelled, it is up to the members to commit if they want the events.

What happened to the Ducati only TD's that the club normally runs?
