cambelt cover bolts stuck on the 620

As I attempt to turn the bolts at the end of the covers the nuts are warping the plastic housing. Is it safe to twist the allen key more or do the nuts sometimes tear out of the backing before they unsieze? Sprayed them with WD40 a couple of hours ago but still nervous about using too much pressure?

Soak in penetrating oil, eg WD40, and leave overnight.
You may need to repeat a couple of times but it should do the trick.

Just be careful not to get any on the belts!

WD40 is ok but not the best at penetrating imho.
PlusGas used to be amazing but they were forced to change the "recipie" for Health and Safety reasons a few years ago and it is not as good but still effective.
