road to race?
 

what is required to convert a standard road bike into a race bike.

Not looking at all the extra stuff that can be done, just what the minimum requirement is beyond the obvious bodywork stuff.

I know a few things (i think) but what else:
remove coolant
lockwire everything
bungs in belly pan
split hose to front brake
