DD Update Aug 2015
 

As per my email on the 6th June the race meetings with NGRRC and Derby Phoenix will give us 12 more races to add to the 12 that had already been run taking our total to 24, since that email two more races were organised with EMRA taking the total to 26 point scoring races.

And by this time next week DD will have had its first outing with NGRRC and hopefully completed another 4 races, meaning there are 100 points up for grabs,

This season it will now be Drop 6 race results from the whole season as many have already made decisions based on the original drop 7 from the originl Hottrax scheduled season. It will still be only 3 DNFs that you are allowed to drop.

The Qualifier race on Saturday will be from Championship positions with Class A starting ahead of Class B, and will follow free practice. The finishing order from this qualifier race will set the grid positions for the weekends remaining races

The Championship Awards Evening will be on the 7th November as part of the NGRRC Dinner Dance
and Awards evening at Hartley Manor in Gloucestershire (See attached form) Tickets £40.00 per person

Slight change to the plans for the weekends racing, for Saturday It's free practice then the qualifier race (includes championship points) and then Saturday's second race is from the finising positions of the earlier race.

Then after warm up on Sunday for the first race the grid is based on Saturdays second race and the final race of the weekend based on the finishing order of Sunday's first race.

So by the start of final race of the weekend we could find Steve Mason and Brian Alexander on the front row and me at the back
