What? No toes !!! Saw a very nice 999 parked up the other day, obviously well looked after and nicely blinged, but then I noticed that it had no clutch cover at all. Nothing! Not even one of those little STM toast rack ones. It had a standard clutch plate rather than a bling alloy one though, so maybe it was a temporary thing. Even so, I wouldn't fancy riding with a completely open clutch. Even though I rarely use the back brake and tend to keep my right foot planted on the peg, I still wouldn't fancy testing what effect a clumsily placed boot and a fast spinning set of clutch posts might have on my toes |
Got to agree with you on that one. I love the look of a open clutch but only with a cover on it |
