New Boy

I've looked at this forum a few times and thought it was about time I joined. I live and work in Norfolk (near Hunstanton on the coast). Been riding for approx 30 years (no breaks, so not "born again", before anyone says anything). Currently own/ride a 998R (also slum it riding a Bimota V-Due and an Aprilia Tuono). Look forward to talking bikes with you al.

Steve

Welcome, Steve....strange cocktails you make in Hunstanton. :)
Living in Northants I have been known to ride out to Hunstanton for brekkie on summer Sunday mornings...some nice roads out that way if you can avoid the farm traffic!
Have fun!

Hi Steve,

Welcome too! Another vote for a bit more info on the vdue! Is it one of the carb converted ones or are you still running the injection?

Seems a bit "naughty" putting pics of Bimotas on a Ducati forum ! My V-due is an evo 3 running carbs ( there are a few injection models out there, but they require a lot of work). Great fun to ride, but you do have to rev the whatsits off it to get the best from it, takes me back to my GT250 youth. I sem to be running up one hell of a bar bill !

welcome aboard...and I think you may find a few with similar tastes here ;)

Hopefully see some of you in Sunny Hunny once the weather picks up. There's a nice bike friendly pub only a couple of miles in from the beach.
