2008 S4RS Testrastretta Throttle cam fitment

Hi Guys,
I've bought one of these:
http://www.electraeon.com/throttlecam.html

but no instructions where shipped with the unit... Does anyone know how to fit one / has anyone fitted one of these before?

Cheers,

Martin

Why.....if your s4rs is the single cable type..........then your 67 degrees zero to hero!

i cant see any need for anything quicker....especially for the road!

if its the twin cable...try the R1 throttle grip £14!

It's the 999 engined model... I previously had a 749 with a quick throttle grip (fitted at ProTwins) which was excellent. The monster's throttle twist travel seems to be huge!

Looks fairly straight forward.Just follow the throttle cable down to the inj throttle bodies, remove standard cam and fit new.Not sure if the spring will ping off when you remove the nut/bolt,so be carefull.;)
Oh yeah,as the blurb says, make sure you fit the new cam the right way round.

As ive said there are more simpler and cheaper ways to decrease the grip rotation........

I have fitted one to the 888.Brilliant.Just a straight swap for the original on mine,so i presume it will be the same for you.Be aware that the throttle cable will need adjusting.

It does make a difference-ask TP!!
