Hi All

Hi, just found this site and have just upgraded from a 2002 mellow yellow 748E that I’ve owned for the last 2 years to 2000 996 SPS which I now had for a total of 7 days and 500 miles :)

If I didn’t have to take my daughter to Uni today I would have spent Sunday on her and added even more miles.

I didn’t think that there would be that much difference between the two, now how wrong I was.

Hope to meet some of you guys at Loomies or Box Hill.

Kev

Hi Kev

Your 996 looks stunning. I also have the 748E (52) and love it to bits. Is it just the power that is better?

Hi Kev, & welcome. I only joined in August myself. I too went from a 748 to a 996 via a VFR800vtech (not sure what I was thinking). See you at loomies somewhen soon I hope. Bloody nice bike, you lucky person.............
