Fuel Pump Removal

So I used to know how to do this.... but I've long since sold my bike, and the Haynes manual is long gone, and now I'm getting ready to sell all the spares I've got kicking around.

How do I get the fuel pump out of the tank? I've removed the screws and used them to jack the base plate out, and that's free, but it doesn't seem to want to come out. I can't remember - is something connected inside, or is just a case of wiggling and/or pulling harder to get it completely out?

Thanks
Martin

Yeah, I think that's it if I remember correctly. Think it needs to come straight out rather than wiggle out.

There's the fuel filter and some pipework in there too.

Breather pipe and drain pipe are connected from the top of the tank to the pump housing, each end is held in place with a hose clip which need to be undone

Thanks Kev - presumably I get in via the filler cap to undo those?

Nope through the fuel pump opening. the fuel pump flange is around 20mm thick then has a couple of small cast turrets that the pipes fit to with hose clips.
