Still waiting for machinist to make fuel tank adaptors. Unfortunatly he is heaverly into touring cars, and has not got around to it. Promised me something today.

Your bike is looking dam fine. Much the same as I hope mine will look. Except without as much carbon fibre and I have a Showa frt end.

gregmh900e 13-Apr-2006 02:08

can you come and sort my garage out !

851neil 13-Apr-2006 10:12

jgriff, my fuel tank adaptors are finished and fitted to the tank. I'll remove them, take some pics tonight and post em to the site.

Oh the garage isn't mine - it's ducati johns place (top bloke), he's done all of my motor strips and rebuilds to date, as you can see he's an organised sort of chap and the best thing is that he stocks great biscuits

That's a real labour of love, and a lovely result too.

I would really like to do a complete rebuild on my bike(s) at sometime. Shouldn't be too difficult, all I need is:

A garage of my own
The time to do it
The skill to do it
The money to do it
The tools to do it

Have you seen my toolkit by the way? Good job I've got a Halfords Professional set at home 'cos the bikes own original tool kit looks like it's never been used...just sat and gone rusty in the underseat tray
