999s Exhaust
 

Some help please, What is the standard exhaust that comes with a 999s 04? Is it able to be replaced with larger diameter( louder) system?

The standard system is an asymmetric set up with a 45mm rear pipe and a 54mm front pipe.

Plenty of options for something a bit louder.

There is the Termignoni asymmetric system that retains the std. rear pipe,but comes with a de-cat front pipe,race can,air filters and ECU.
Another Termignoni option is the full 57mm 2-1-2.Pretty expemsive when new,.....around £2,500:eek: ,....ebay is your friend here.(make sure you get the right one.The '05 bike has a differant exhaust bend to fit the deep swingarm.)
Then you have Leo Vince,Zard,etc....for just about every 749/999 exhaust there is on the market,have a look here;
