Open clutch Cover I would like to fit an open clutch cover to my 996. There are SO many different makes and styles out there, so can anyone recommend a good one or even makes to avoid? Cheers Simon |
I went for one from MPL Tuning as its pattern makes it very hard for anyone especially kids to stick their fingers into the clutch when the bikes warming up outside the house. Just went to their website and they don't seem to sell it any more although they still have several others available, |

I'll PM you. Cheers Simon |
Like these, different colours, very well made and less likely to get crap in them than a half one. http://www.cyccon.com/cycpf/01DU07.jpg |

Looks nice and solid which is always a good idea if you have a pricey slipper clutch behind it |
Oberon ones are nice. Avoid anything made of carbon if you value your clutch. |
Got the one from Clint on here - very pleased! Need to get a red pressure plate now. Was thinking of the Rizoma one, any one have an suggestions? Cheers Simon |
Simon I have an Oberon pressure plate Anodised Red with Red caps and stainless steel springs and screws if your interested. Used only once too loud for me so put the standard cover back on. looking for around £50.00 + p&p I can send some photos if you want. |
