Posting Guidelines

This thread is intended for members of the Ducati Sporting Club message board to give details of any machines that have been stolen. Please bear in mind that the more people who see the details of stolen machines the greater chance there is of recovery. To that end it is strongly recommended that you also register the stolen vehicle info on the BMF web site at www.bmf.co.uk/stolen - obviously you should have also reported the theft to your local police station.

When entering the detail son this message thread, please include the following information:

1 Police Crime Number.
2 Date/time of theft (between xxx and yyy).
3 Make, Model of your machine.
4 Police Station you reported the crime to, and their telephone number if possible.
5 Location of theft. Be descriptive, don't just put behind the Red Lion in Aberdeen.
6 Year of registration.
7 Engine number.
8 Frame number.
9 Registration number.
10 A good full description of the bike, the more you can provide the better the chances are of recovery.
11 Any details about Anti-theft devices fitted, such as Stoptheft, Datatag and AlphaDot numbers, these will help in identifying your machine.

Please enter the details starting a new topic for each bike stolen - use the registration number and model as the heading so it makes it easy for others to quickly see the basic info.
