Where on earth would you like to start ?

Advice specific to a certain circuit ?
Advice on what the format of the day is ?
Advice on gearing for a specific bike on a circuit ?

Where do we begin ?

.simple things like tyre press.how much do you drop them down. done my first one at brands last year loved it.but did not fill comfie till the last 2or3 sessions do you think it was just a case of never done one before. just had to settle down guess practice makes perfect . or should i say faster.have to do more this year:D

that sounds fine for your first trackday. build it up slowly.

ok, anything around the 31psi front and rear in nice warm conditions is spot on. a little cooler etc, maybe 33 or so....

ther'es 3-4 TDs arranged by DSC themselves this year... jump on one of them :)

Love the tyre pressure advice.......in the briefing I may advise to consider dropping under certain conditions, so a DSC member and owner of very flashy bike asked me to drop his pressures after his first session, which I'm happy to do, only his front is reading 16!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pump please matron:lol:

PS, he'd ridden to the circuit like that
