Smile ST4s you say?

Well chaps, I know where the world's best 'previously cherished' example resides. In fact, the way this machine has been looked after borders on the perverted. As of today, she has sneaked past 58,...

Good point. I wonder how many can't deal with the 'sit-up and beg' position of GS-style bikes though? Whilst I can't blame Ducati for producing a genre that made up just 3% of their production (seen...

Now with 2,500 miles on the clock and Cadwell under it's belt, what do I think of it now? In short; it's a belter! Forget DTC levels 6-8 cos it just feels stupid. The vibes at 80-90 in top are...

Based on my own 2003 ST4s, the temperature readout is driven from the front cylinder temp sensor, but the actual fan is driven from the ECU and this is fed from the rear. They are identical so you...

Cool Calling 1198s Riders

The first 30 miles on the 1198s were nearly the last. If one thing really gets my goat it's a misfire. Imagine the scene: 17C blue sky and bone dry, smooth dual carriageway, 65mph, constant throttle....

Had the same problem on mine. It seems to be a slight sagging in the seat which presses down on the top of the seat cowlings and breaks that pooh-bah stud off.
I fixed mine by gluing new...

I'd be interested to hear views from 1098 owners who've ridden the 1198.

Anyone out there know of a close match to touch-up the crankcases? My ST4s has a small amount of corrosion behind the back pot.

Thanks,
