Kaemna Ducati in Germany have one. It's not cheap (in fact it's eye-wateringly expensive at nearly 6K Euros) but all their engines are fully refurbished, serviced and very clean. Takes the guesswork...

About the only thing that's not on your list is...

About the only thing that's not on your list is the crankshaft position sensor and the RPM sensor. As I recall, the P8 needs both these sensors because it picks up TDC on one pot from the crankshaft...

I've just changed the belts on my ST. They cost about £32 apiece from John Hacketts who will post them out for next day delivery.

Fitting them is really easy. All you do is take the belt covers...
