Is it because you've lengthened the wheel base very slightly and altered the rake? So in that case turn in would be quicker with a 60, but there is less tread area so when cranked over we are running...

Why would raising the ride hight effect the turn in? That's what your doing with the rear when you go from 190/50 to a 180/55 and that speeds up the turn in?

I think you would have to explore that hole Chris, you can't have bits of metal floating around the engine, you would end up possibly getting a blocked oil gallery and possibly taking a big end out....

Yes mate I'll do it tomorrow, I did note on the packet that it was a specific bracket designed for converting a Bip into a Mono, and the bracket wasn’t flat.

They've just charged me £30 for the plate that the latch plate bolts onto, and £5 for the spacers. Mr S did you have to cut the spacers down? The bolts are 60p each though.

Single Seat Conversion?

I’m putting a single seat on my Bip 916 and using the parts from the twin seat, I think I will need to buy new:

Plate 827.2.004.1A which is the plate that the striker bolts onto, it looks flatter...

Brought mine with 1500 miles on it just before...

Brought mine with 1500 miles on it just before christmas, mind you I did pay a bit more than that. Just picked the panels up from the paint shop MOT & a new set of tyres and she'll be on the road....

I'm not going this year it was absolute chaos last year trying to get out, well over an hour, on a bike! It was also difficult to see and get a good pitch as there where so many people there.
