Update. Crank sensor replaced today and it's run for 10 whole minutes without breaking down- which is a record. Fingers crossed and RAC card at hand for tomorrow!!

Your original codes showed on my bike after I'd washed it. It was the fuel pump relay that had rusted up inside.Apparently they're quite cheap and located behind the battery. Does this help?

Well , it's all sorted and I'm happy again. Davieravie wins the prize, it was the fuel pump relay that had gone duff. Just replaced under the last 4 days of warranty. I'm now gonna try and wrap it up...
