yep had the same problem with mine - as the others say get the jhp chip and either get them to set up the exhaust gas/fuel/air mix or take it to someone you can trust. once set up it should run...

Just got a set of standard diablo's on my 748r today and i have to say i'm impressed. They feel great and the bike seems to drop into corners much quicker / easier than my old dragon evos...
