You can buy a new fibre glass seat already painted up with number boards for about £100. You can still use yoyr existing lights in takes about 10 mins to swap over and you couls also use your bip...

There was a guy on ebay selling brand new radial bottoms for less than £400.
No idea on quality and he was based in Italy. I'm guessing he makes them, none there at the moment though.

My lights needed re-aligning so the MOT station/garage did it for me for free, and it passed with no rear footpegs.

I do vaguely remember something about seperate reflectors from a few years ago!
