have bought a set of Michelin slicks but they are 67 profile rather than normal 55. Been told that this is the only profile they do.

I had a new rectifyer put on it a couple of years back, as the old one blew, much the same problem as Harv 748, and it has been off and on since then I suppose. The wiring loom was a bit melted...

I have the alloy frame kit and have the same trouble, managed to get the L brackets away from the outside, but the bolt heads do still run the inner side, Couter sunk bolt heads sound the best...

Sorry to hear you have the same problem, but relieved that it might not just be me. I have had the TPS checked out and it seems OK, so would be great to hear how you get on replacing it.

Actually N 999 SPS but with a couple of carfully placed screws you could have the 9 into a 6.

Also when (if) you decide to upgrade to a new 999 you can swap the plate as well.

Whether it exisits or not makes no odds, the plates look good and at the end of the day, thats what counts.
