I am going to replace the whole assembley including the sprocket carrier and wheel bearings. They look like big lumps of metal to me and there must be something wrong for them to break off at this...

Unhappy Warning lights up grade help

My poor old 900ss is showing her age with among other things the warning light cluster.
During day light it is virutaly impossible to tell which lights are on. They all work but are not bright enough...

With the Electrex regulator on
Two yellow wires conect to the bikes two yellow wires
One white wire conects to the bikes white wire

Read your post to late mate. Took a few minutes to figure out why the spindle wasnt un-doing. Anyway all done now ta.
The sump drain key thing fits a treat with 14mm and a socket on the other...

More Help Required Please. Bearing change in input shaft.

The bearing in the end of the input shaft needs changing on my 900ss. Its the small needle bearing that the clutch push rod goes through before it seats in the pressure plate bearing.

Zimbo it all came away clean with no sealant of any kind present, so it just needed a little clean up with brake cleaner and put it back together clean. Is there supposed to be anything on the faces...

Cylinder oil leak HELP please

After dropping out the engine and changing the O rings on the rear cylinder head its still leaking oil from that area.
Is there any other reason for the leak please ?
I know they all weep a bit but...
