Kaemna Ducati in Germany have one. It's not cheap (in fact it's eye-wateringly expensive at nearly 6K Euros) but all their engines are fully refurbished, serviced and very clean. Takes the guesswork...

About the only thing that's not on your list is...

About the only thing that's not on your list is the crankshaft position sensor and the RPM sensor. As I recall, the P8 needs both these sensors because it picks up TDC on one pot from the crankshaft...

Fitting them is really easy. All you do is take the belt covers...

Yep, you only need the ally plates from an ST4S clutch pack. I had mine done a few years and around 15,000 miles ago, but I seem to remember that they were around the 120 mark from a Ducati dealer
