I havent run the bike with the 30A fuse, I just put it in to check the lights and horn still work, and they do...
So should I check the wiring, the switches or just leave it...

The 7.5A fuse on my bike keeps blowing when I turn the ignition on.
I only have a spare 30A fuse so i've put that in and it doesnt blow!

just make sure the 916 fork bottoms fit your type of caliper, the newer calipers are 65mm spacing, the old (916) are 40mm.

Whatever ones you go for just make sure you get some heel guards as well. I didnt at first and ended up with a hole in the inside heel of my Sidi coz it had melted itself on the zorst!!

If it is a non-fixed spindle it may be a tad stiff, that why it may not spin a freely. You could try lubing the trackstand bearings.....
