I just drilled a plain hole and secured inside the swingarm with a washer and nyloc.
Just make sure the fixing doesn't restrict the full movement of the chain...

The S4 doesn't have a service mode but let it 'passive arm' and it'll only go...

As a rough guide for the noise test, my DD bike roars in at around 98db for a MSV test, and with the increased revs at Castle Combe it shouts at 102db....
