A genuine Ducati blank is only about 6 from a main dealer, at least then you get the Ducati logo etc. Any locksmith / key cutter on the high street should be able to copy your existing key onto it...

Tsubaki do have solid pins, and they seem to rapidly harden too when peening them over! Far harder to do than say a DID link. Worth it in the end though, they're great chains.
