I think the agreement was that this would be distrinuted to those in attendance as well as any other members that requested it.
We also agreed that there would be an area within the DD forum where it could be posted that was read only for DD reshistered individuals, however the setting up of this is an action from the meeting so I will approach the webteam and ask for them to load it up as a locked thread so people can download.
This then ensures that only people who are genuinely interested in DD will download it, although given that it was a members meeting and the DD section is public it may well be restricted to the DSC topics section if the Webteam feel this is more appropriate until things can be changed. |
