For what it matters Ron is right in that I have only ever raced once in any series and that was for one round in 2008 at Oulton Park.
Back then I was a proper novice though! Only had my bike licence for a couple of months and only saw a track for the first time the week before the race
Managed a very respectable 13th and a 10th, though in a rather upright position!
Other than that I have only ever done track days at Brands in 2008 before selling the bike to Ron. I've no idea if that makes me eligible or not but I was hoping there might be some benefit to me wearing the orange novice bib!
If the rules are that you should never have raced ever before then my 2008 outing would rule me out.
