Well it looks like my chain jumping off at Cadwell damaged the left hand engine case more than I thought, as I finally managed to remove the case this week to find some stress fractures and a small hole, which might explain the slight oil leak. I've already tried bodging it with gasket sealant but it still leaked abit at Brands, so now it's time to sort it properly.

I'm off to Fabrication Techniques tomorrow to get a quote for repair.

Alternatively does anyone have a good secondhand one and if so how much?

Then I can workout wether its cheaper to replace it or repair it.
