Guys Lots of things have been said and fixes suggested but I for one remain unimpressed by Ducati and their in ability to resolve this problem. I had my bike returned a few weekes ago after a prolonged period in the dealers being fixed. I took the opportunity to test ride the bike last Saturday when the weather was good and guess what it stalled again. Enough is enough I have contacted the Ducati after sales rep that was involved from the start and the dealer and guess what no response. Should I really have to endure another 4 months (on and off) of going back and forward to the dealer? Has anybody here had a dispute resolved and how was it achived? |
