Contrary to what you may have heard
, I run a Buell XB12R Firebolt on the road and I'm seriously considering swapping it for a new 749S.
The Buell is a great bike and as you will know it handles superbly on the corners and has great drive off the throttle. Its simple design makes it a breeze to maintain but it is, however a little primitive and suffers somewhat from a lack of absolute rpm.
Has anyone made the swap from Buell to Ducati (or vice-versa) ? I'd like to get your opinions.
