If its not going to be used two up a softer spring can be used to get a bit more loaded sag (we've done this on a SS but not a 996 yet), a 60 profile tyre also loses a bit more height at the front end, there are also shocks with buit in ride height adjusters but thats a rather exspensive route to go compared to a different ride height adjusting bar. All the little tweeks add up.

At one of the Oxon/Berks meets we were looking down the line of 996s etc and noticed how much lower Bradders appeared to sit compared to mine and Keefers, obviously Keefer can run his as high as he wants and still be flat footed when sat on it, but even mine I can sit flat footed on and I only have a 29 1/2 inch inside leg and as I say Bradders is noticeably lower.
