touratech is an aftermarket supplier that bmw endorse. Their brackets will be different (and likely more expensive too).
These things come up on ebay once in a while.
It is possible what I'm thinking of is not for the streetpilot 3, but for the 2600 range, so I'll do a bit of digging to check and post back. |
