| The 916 rad is different. It has no filler cap as it's part of a sealed type system the later bikes use.
I have replaced an 851 rad with one off a ST. They are both curved though.
If you have an earlier flat rad, then the curved one won't fit..... or so I gather.
Do you need extra cooling or is the old rad just knackered? You may be able to get it recored?
The rads are now off the parts list as are many of the 851/888 parts.
I have a 851 flat rad, brand new but it ain't cheap.
Try some local radiator outfits and see if it can be salvaged. |
