This is no way on this earth I would have kept the bike. It would have been replaced for another. I obvioulsy don't know when these things happened but if it were me I would have demanded a new bike. Under UK law if the goods are up to the job they shoud be replaced or refunded. But if we don't push the dealers and the manufacturer get away with it.
I do agree that these bikes, when working are fanctastic, they just have to work a higher % of the time. |
