After much deliberation at least 5 mins
following a test riding a 749 & a 999 I bought a 999 with 1500 miles on the clock and a years manufacture's warranty left.The difference in the riding position to the sps is enough to notice and appears to be a little kinder on the wrists.That 998 engine pulls like train very similar in fact to my sps and those brakes are amazing!The only real moan is those mirrors are pants, cant see a thing and i thought the sps was bad!It just goes to show time is a healer cause 12 months ago i did not like the shape but now i do i suppose you just have to move on.
