| Happened earlier this evening, I was popping up to Dallas's house / garage on my 996Bp with my adjustable offset yokes in my rucksack as we were going to swapping them over with the mag yokes currently in the bike that will be going in Dallas's 996SPS race bike.
The roundabout just p the road from me is a prime example of road planners having no idea of what they are doing. with 3 lanes very quickly becoming 2 as I had a car on my left nearly brushing my leg and I was in danger of having to do a lextra lap of the round about I thought I would put the power on and dive for my exit. Sadly it was more power than the chain could handle.
Not only do I now need a new chain but I also have a hole in my alternator cover / left engine casing to repair.
Needless to say we also didn't get the yoke changed over. |
