| I've just had the 500mile service. Denver Garage do mine and said that a 6000miler should cost about 250 Quid. They change the belts, oil, filters, etc, along with the usual checks. The valves are checked, re-shimming costs extra as does replacement of the rocker arms which often need replacing if the bikes had a hard time.
They also recommend changing the oil and filter every 3000miles between services with fully synthetic oil. They used 10/50W Putoline Syntec 4+ or something like that. |
