ok, bit of a strange one this, but based on a conversation being held with some mates about lap times.
no testosterone or competetive, purely out of interest...
on your fav track what sort of time do you realistically think you could do on a good day (or maybe what have you done) and what is a good time/lap record on said track.
My example
Oulton Park
Lap record something like 1.38
Good time/club race winning time 1.45
I reckon if I ride ok i can get to 2.05
( I have been quicker but that was before i lost my bottle) |
