I just bought the bike and am doing that thing where you inspect everything that you hadn't looked closely at when I bought it and just noticed this. I got the regular 50mm system and attached to the bike, a full 54mm system with Ti end cans (obviously with the tapered ends).
Do you know what the race system diameter is that was originally supplied with the 998R?
Also, is it possible to get 54mm Ti end cans that are not tapered?
