I have just become aware of this thread, and, for that matter, of this group! While I'm really happy about the latter, I wish I could say the same about the former.
Two things. First, we have never heard of installation issues regarding cable/hose lengths. If those of you who have experienced the problem would please communicate directly with Scott Reynolds (the engineer on this kit), at
scott@cyclecat.com, he'll make it a priority to figure it out and make it right.
We're very interested in this, and want to understand! We just contacted one of our dealers (Section 8 Superbike), who has installed perhaps a dozen of these kits, and they reported no issues. So, in truth, we're at a bit of a loss.
Regarding PK in Thailand, I must apologize. We definitely dropped the ball on communication, but certainly did not mean to. Please write us on this, as we do not have an email for you, and give us the details.
