| There I was zooming along and the bike suddenly went to half power mode. Where has all the squark gone I said to myself. Upon inspection it was found that 2 of the valves had taken on a funny shape and no long quite fitted in the holes they were supposed to seal up. Second hand bike and belts not changed at 20000 km interval, was the cause. What the hey the valve shims needed checking anyway.
Use genuine parts and change the belts regularly, and use a tensioning device, not a 5mm alan key. |
