I had some 996 rearsets when I had my 1098S. I tried them but they did not line up exactly and while thinner bolts would go through I was concerned that for one they would not be as strong or secure but the main reason that I did not use them was because of possibly damaging the threads meaning the original bolts may not go back in. |
