| Are you running a aftermarket slave cylinder? The new pack will be slightly thicker than the old one and a different slave will have a shorter throw.
As well as bleeding the master, do a full bleed as the slave may have took air in when the pressure plate was removed.
If you've got the reach, try setting the lever a little further out. |
