Nemesis have brought out a traction control system but it's pretty pricey. It is a pukka system though that monitors lean angles etc. accounts for radius changes as you lean over etc. Many don't. The simple systems monitor wheel speed only and this won't give a true control as the radius, and hence wheel speed, changes as the bike leans. Can also lead to it cutting in when the front wheel lifts. The nemesis system accounts for this to. Depends what level you're riding at and what system you run, but a good system especially in dodgy conditions will buy you time. |
